1. Overview

AI ShotMind is designed with privacy as a core principle. All image processing and AI classification are performed entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your photos or personal data on any external server.

2. How the App Works

AI ShotMind requests access to your photo library solely to read and analyze screenshots. All AI processing — including OCR (text recognition) and image classification — uses local models (Google ML Kit). No image data is sent to external servers at any time.

3. Permissions & Usage

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To read screenshot images stored on your device for on-device OCR and classification.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send optional local reminders when you have not cleaned screenshots for a while. You can disable notifications at any time in system settings.

4. Third-Party Services

AI ShotMind uses Google ML Kit (Text Recognition & Image Labeling), which runs entirely on-device. No image or personal data is shared with Google or any other third party as part of this integration.

Crash reporting is disabled in production builds.

5. Data Deletion

AI ShotMind does not collect or store any personal data on external servers. All data generated by the app — including your scan history and kept screenshot records — is stored locally on your device only.

To delete all app data, you can:

Go to Settings → Apps → AI ShotMind → Clear Data on your Android device, or
Uninstall the app, which removes all locally stored data permanently.
