Capsule Sort Privacy Policy

Effective date and last updated: August 13, 2026

Capsule Sort is provided by YukiMind ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have questions about this policy or a privacy request, contact support@yukimind.com.

Summary: Core gameplay works offline. Game progress and inventory are stored on your device. The app uses Google Mobile Ads for rewarded and interstitial ads and Google Play Billing for optional one-time purchases. It does not provide player accounts, cloud saves, social features, or developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting services.

1. Local game data

Capsule Sort stores gameplay progress, completion records, settings, tutorial state, virtual Acorns, tool inventory, and the remove-interstitial-ads entitlement locally on your device. We do not receive this local gameplay data and do not operate a server that stores it.

Android or Google platform backup settings may back up or restore some app data according to your device and Google account settings. Any such platform backup is controlled by the relevant platform, not by a Capsule Sort account.

You can remove locally stored game data through Android system app-storage controls or by uninstalling the app. This may permanently remove progress and inventory from that device. Because Capsule Sort does not provide an app account or developer-operated cloud save, there is no Capsule Sort account to delete.

2. Advertising, consent, and privacy choices

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. The current SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app and ad interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information such as launch time, hang rate and energy usage, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and App Set ID. Google uses these data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Data handled by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using TLS. Users can reset or delete the Android advertising ID in Android privacy settings. Where required, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform consent tools before requesting ads. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the in-game Settings screen. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all data processing needed to deliver, measure, secure, or prevent fraud in ads.

Rewarded ads are initiated by the player and provide the reward described in the app only after the completion callback is received. The permanent remove-ads purchase removes interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain optional.

3. Optional in-app purchases

Capsule Sort offers optional one-time purchases through Google Play Billing, including consumable virtual Acorn packages and permanent removal of interstitial ads. All products provide fixed, non-random content. Payment and refund processing is handled by Google Play under its terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank-account details.

The app uses Unity In-App Purchasing 5.0.4 to connect to Google Play Billing. Unity's disclosure for IAP versions earlier than 5.4 states that the SDK does not collect the Play Data safety personal-data types. It may temporarily process app diagnostic and performance information for app functionality. Capsule Sort does not send purchase receipts to a developer-operated verification server.

4. Data sharing and purposes

We do not sell personal information. The data described in Section 2 is shared with Google through its advertising services for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Purchase-related processing is performed by Google Play to provide the purchase functionality requested by the player. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, remote configuration, cloud storage, or an independent advertising mediation network in this release.

5. Retention and security

Local gameplay data remains on the device until it is cleared, overwritten by normal play, restored by the operating system, or the app is uninstalled. Third-party services retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. Network data described above is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported by the service.

6. Your choices and requests

You can manage available advertising consent choices from Settings, reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings, decline an optional rewarded ad, cancel a purchase before completion, and clear local game data through Android settings. For privacy questions or requests concerning data under our control, contact support@yukimind.com. Requests concerning Google-held advertising or payment information may also need to be made through the controls and request channels provided by Google.

7. Age audience

Capsule Sort is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, contact us so we can review the request.

8. International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policy explains the safeguards and legal bases they use for international processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, its SDKs, its services, or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date at the top of this page when an updated policy is published.
