This YukiMind Privacy Policy describes how we (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handle information when you use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We publish this policy in English to meet common app store requirements, including those of Google Play.
Our products—including SecureVault, ShotMind, SubSnap, and AiShotMind — are built around privacy-by-design. By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Data minimization & local-first principle
We practice data minimization: we collect only what is needed to provide the features you choose to use. Unless clearly stated for a specific feature, your files, media, and vault contents remain on your device. We do not operate the Services as a cloud backup of your personal content by default.
Encryption and storage for products such as SecureVault and ShotMind are oriented toward on-device processing so that your data stays under your control.
Permissions
Our apps may request operating-system permissions only when required for functionality you enable. Examples include:
- Camera — Used where you opt into security features (for example, an optional intruder selfie or similar access-alert capture in SecureVault). Images captured for such features are handled according to your settings and remain under your control on the device unless you choose otherwise.
- Storage / media — Used to let you import, organize, and manage files and media you explicitly select within the app. We do not use this permission to scan unrelated content on your device.
You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
Third-party services
When you download our apps from Google Play, your use of the store and certain device capabilities may involve Google Play services and other Google-operated components governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies. We do not control Google’s processing; please refer to Google’s documentation for details.
We do not sell your personal information. If we integrate additional third-party SDKs in the future, we will describe them in app listings and update this policy as appropriate.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
